I don’t have a Lexlights account yet and would like to create one. Create an account using your email address and the password of your choice.
With your account you have access 24/7 to your customer information and you can deal with everything online:
> Follow up on your current orders
> Keep your personal wish list .
Are you having trouble logging in? Make sure you enter the correct email address and password. If the message 'email address unknown' appears, very often you don't have an account yet. If you are subscribed to our newsletters or advantages, this does not imply that you automatically have a My Lexlights account.
If you get the message 'email address already in use' an account with your email address already exists. Have you forgotten your password? Request a new password. You will receive a link to our website where you can choose a new password.
If you can no longer log in using your email address, please contact us, so we can give you your username.
With your 'My Lexlights' account you can place orders and consult your personal information without the use of a customer number. If you do need your customer number you can find it at 'My Lexlights' or in the order confirmation email and on the delivery notes of your order.
You can logout from 'My Lexlights' using the drop down menu on top of the webpage. If this does not work, try deleting the cookies in your internet browser. If this does not help, feel free to contact us, so we can find a solution together.
